Holly + Baldo
Holly + Baldo were my first-booked clients of 2019 and theirs was also my last wedding of December, so I got to spend the entire year getting to know them and their tastes and styles as we refined their wedding day vision. They wanted their design to be winter-inspired and timeless, and one of their biggest priorities was to incorporate elements of Baldo's Mexican heritage; needless to say, we had an amazing time together developing ideas and sourcing the vendors who could bring it all to life!
Brik Venue in Fort Worth was an easy choice for their venue, with its size and proximity to downtown for all their out-of-town guests. We brought on a few favorites - Sage Fine Flowers, TCP Catering for food and Bar or Brew for alcohol, Butterfly Cakery for cake, Jessica Stoughton for hair and makeup, and DJ Jaime Chavez as emcee - and welcomed a few new vendors, like Thanin Viriyaki behind the camera and Ernesto's Music as our cocktail hour entertainment. With such a dream team (and such a fun group of guests), the entire night was a dream.
Throughout the planning process, Holly had told me that she had two priorities for the wedding day - to look great and to party hard - and both those goals were realized. It couldn't have been a bigger party!
